If you answered “YES” to any of these, keep reading! (AWESOME testimonials below)

My Story: Slim, Fit And Healthy In 15 Minutes Per Day, NO Sweat!

Since the year 2000, when I learned to harness the power of oxygen from a video I bought from an infomercial, I have been healthy, fit and full of energy every day.

I used the same 15 minute workout video tape every single day from Fall 2000 to Fall 2002 – 728 consecutive days (minus 2 days filming with John Walsh in New York – hotel room was the size of a postage stamp!). I lost 18 lbs and 23 inches in the first 6 weeks. My PMS symptoms and stress were drastically reduced.

Gym vs. No Sweat 15 Minute Workout
I love the gym, and have been a “gym rat” for 30 years so I used the 15-minute workout occasionally, and went to the gym every day until I added it back in to my daily regimen on July 1, 2009 in preparation of a photo shoot three weeks later. I knew it was the best and quickest way I’d found to sculpt my body.

My waist decreased by 4 inches in the first two weeks, my hips decreased 2 inches and each thigh 1.5 inches. I felt great for my photo shoot and was very happy with the way I looked.

After the shoot, I continued my workout and by December 2009 had lost 10 lbs, and several more inches. On March 31, 2010, I happily let my gym membership go to focus on the workout that has always been most beneficial for me. I have done my 15 minute workout every day since and still look forward to it whether I’m traveling to coach and in a hotel or anywhere else. I always make time because my health is always a priority!

Sometimes, I workout immediately after I eat, sometimes immediately before bedtime and sometimes in 3-5 minutes increments throughout the day but it always works and I always feel great. I’ve even worked out at 3 am after a long day of work or travel because my day isn’t complete without me taking care of my body. During the winter, just 3 Oxycise breaths warm up my whole body instantly – so it saves on the electric bill. And if I get stressed, a few Oxy-breaths is all it takes to calm me down or lessen a headache. My world changed when I learned to harness the power of OXYGEN.

Strong abs are essential for effective self-defense
Formerly as “Your Personal Safety Trainer,” I found that many men and women lacked the abdominal muscles necessary for effective self-defense. Attacks usually go to the ground and you must be able to tuck your knees up to keep them between you and the attacker. Oxycise gives you that vital strength!

Jill Johnson, the creator of the Oxycise workout, has been helping people lose weight for over 20 years – healthfully. And even if you don’t need to lose weight, the Oxycise breath is excellent for general health. There are numerous testimonials on her site.

There are links at the bottom of this page for audios from PWR Fit 2010; a PositiveWomenRock event we did in May of 2010. I got to interview Aubrey Lee, Oxycise Instructor and daughter of Oxycise creator, Jill. It was an eye-opening interview you can listen to as well as EFT sessions on changing your body size and shape with Sue Busen, Energy Healer.

facial and neck muscles and skin tightened

much more energy throughout the day

absence of jiggles – Woohoo!

flat tummy, firm legs, strong arms, tight buttisimo

decreased monthly PMS symptoms

more sound sleep

better self-image

clothes fit better

lost 18 lbs

lost a lot of inches

stay well even during virus season

melted away cellulite

decreased appetite

Are you wondering, like I was, why EVERYONE doesn’t know about this workout? I first saw it on an infomercial in 2000 and as a happy customer, I’m helping get the word out. Just think of how much money goes into the fitness industry each year, even though most people never do the workouts. It’s a tragic, unhealthy epidemic and I’m excited to have a hand in changing it with a fun, simple, quick, effective workout!

It took me almost a year after Kelly told me about Oxycise before I bit the bullet and started it. In that year my husband and I joined a gym and I worked out 3-6 days a week, huffing, puffing, lifting weights, and participating in the different classes the gym offered. I was determined to shed those extra pounds and inches that were making my clothes tight and killing my self-confidence.

Frustrated, disappointed, and completely discouraged all describe how I felt after 9 months of hitting the gym. All that work and I could barely tell a difference in my body. Where were my results?

I’m a busy, work-at-home mom with two active little boys. The two hours I was spending at the gym everyday seemed pointless. I felt defeated and thought I would have to just accept my new shape and size as the “new me.” I hated it.

Out of desperation, I ordered Oxycise. After spending 2 hours at the gym, 15 minutes a day seemed worth a shot. I was shocked at how quickly I began to see results. Within a week of doing Oxycise for 15 minutes a day I lost 2.5 inches and was starting to see more muscle tone that I did in 9 months of lifting weights at the gym! And it was lean muscle, not the bulky muscle I got from the gym.

That was all the motivation I needed to become totally committed to making Oxycise a part of my daily life. And I knew I could keep that commitment because it was only 15 minutes a day!

After three months of doing Oxycise (almost) everyday, I lost 10 pounds and 10 3/4 inches!

Now, 10 months later (March 2012), I’ve shed 31 lb and 34 inches! I never thought I would have this kind of muscle tone and get rid of the bumpy cellulite. But I have! In fact, the other day, my husband confessed that he was jealous of my abs! Yep, I had abs hiding under that squishy belly! And in another month or two, I might actually be the weight listed on my driver’s license.

Kirsten's Oxy-waist-loss

I tell all my friends, if I weren’t seeing these results for myself I would think it was a scam. But it’s not! This is the real thing! No pills, no weird diets, no crazy workouts that leave you so stiff you can’t walk for a week (and what mom can afford that?), and I don’t have to spend hours at the gym getting all sweaty. Just 15 minutes a day of breathing and squeezing.

I feel more energetic, my skin looks better, and my clothes are all getting too big. I never thought I would have that problem. Time to go shopping for new skinny jeans!

I couldn’t be more pleased with my Oxycise results. I have told all my girlfriends and just about anyone else who will listen to check this program out. There is nothing else like it!

I’m a real mom with a real life and a real body. This program works. Period.

At Their Best!

The shield is heart-shaped because positive women are heart-centered, concerned for others while taking care of themselves to be strong. It also represents protection. Positive women protect their families, their friends, coworkers and children. Here, at PWR, they learn to protect themselves with personal boundaries, healthy self-esteem and the sisterhood of other positive women. The shield is orange, which represents, happy, joyful, cheerful, strong women.

The green ribbon is for mental, emotional, physical, spiritual and breast health. Because what we focus on we attract and anything about breasts discussed on this site will be positively directed at health instead of disease. When you focus on cures, you must first focus on disease or there would be no need for a cure. When you focus on health you attract health. Green is healing, nurturing and represents growth…like this site and its members.

The PWR just yells POWER (screaming is weak) and positive women are empowering, powerful and unstoppable!

The website facilitates women what PWR stands for. And when you are wearing your PWR shirt or drinking from your PWR coffee mug, those who see it will come and join us here, where Positive Women Rock!
