I want you to know that I love this stuff. Even when you don't think you have enough time....you do!! I love the fact that if I have to stop suddenly while working out, that I don't have to do a cool down or worry about not getting my workout in. Whenever I feel bloated I just do one set of O's and I feel much lighter. I love this stuff!! Now I have to go and get in my workout.....Happy O.ing!!

It's May 10th. I missed last Wednesday and Thursday because a girlfriend was visiting me (I sent her home with the Easy Does It and Instructional VHS tapes). So I did it twice Saturday, once and a half Sunday and twice today. My heart rate has already decreased. That's the second most coveted benefit, the first being, of course, losing weight!

I love feeling stronger. And I'm continuing my EFT. I've downloaded YouTube EFT videos to my iPod and use they every day. I tap for about a half hour every day.

My goal is to do a total of 240 breaths a day. Once while I'm doing housewifely stuff and once with the Level I video. Level I is my favorite hands down.

Great, Geraldine! Isn't it fun to have a workout we actually look forward to? This is definitely something I've incorporated into my lifestyle to help me feel great. So many people who want to get fit go to such great lengths that are not only expensive but uncomfortable and disappointing in the end. How can something so simple and fun be effective? It's all based on common sense, that's how! :)

A few days in and already I find I look forward to when I am going to do the Oxycise! Usually I put off exercise as long as I can... Yesterday I tried the commuter workout using the CD in my car. As I live in the middle of nowhere, wherever I want to go is a minimum of a 30 minute drive so this suits my multi-tasking mentality very well. I feel really good (despite staying up til 4am watching the UK elections!). I think this programme is a winner and thanks so much Kelly for introducing me to it. AND I have the decreasing inches to look forward to...

Thank you for your comment, Linda. It is important everyone realize that although this workout is much simpler and more effective than any other on the planet, in my opinion, it requires you learning to breath a better way and that can take some time as you've seen here from yours and Tara's posts. Remember, I mentioned when I first started learning the breath, I coughed and my kitty Ziplet bit my ankle because he'd never heard me breathe like that and thought something might be wrong. (Good kitty.)
